  • How do I get to your agency?
    Our address is 1824 Euclid Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94709.  We are in the corner of Euclid and Hearst Avenues.  From Highway 80, exit University Avenue towards University of California Berkeley, and turn left on Oxford and then right on Hearst, keep going until you hit the north gate of the University, then turn left on Euclid.  We have La Val's Pizza beside us and Brewed Awakening across us.
  • Do you have parking?
    Euclid Avenue is a busy business section of North Berkeley.  There are several parking meters around us.  If you cannot find one in Euclid, we are sure there are off -street parking in the surrounding areas.  Be aware of the parking rules posted.
  • How come you charge fees for your services?
    The airlines no longer compensate travel agents.  It is now a general practice in the travel industry to charge for the travel agent's professional services.
  • Am I saving money, if I book my tour or cruise with you?
    Our membership in two large consortia entitles you to discounted rates.
  • Do you do meeting and conference planning?
    Our business or corporate travel department has extensive experience with meeting and conference arrangements.  We provide assistance in choosing a meeting site, air and ground transportations, accommodations, coordination and smooth communication to participants and follow up.
  • How about vacation planning?
    Whether you need student tickets, senior tickets, European rail passes, Chunnel Tickets, theatre tickets, car and hotel reservations including limo services, our world-traveled consultants can arrange the vacation you want, down to the last detail.
  • Can I use my frequent flyer miles?
    We make certain that you benefit from every program available to you.
  • Can I request seating preference?
    We reserve the seat of your choice and continue to follow up if that choice is not immediately available.
  • How do I get to the airport?
    To San Francisco International Airport, the least expensive but not the most convenient way from the East Bay is by taking the BART to SFO.  Fare depends on which station you board.  Call 510-465-2278 or click on this link to get more information from BART. http://www.bart.gov To OAK take BART to the Coliseum station and transfer to the AirBart shuttle bus which departs every 10 minutes and costs $3.oo for adults and just $1.00 for seniors. The Bay Porter Express offers reserved home pickup in shared vans. Please call 415-467-1800 for schedules and costs.  Cab fares from the Berkeley-Oakland area are $25-$30 to the Oakland Airport and about $50-$60 to SFO.
